		<description>Crap like this just screams out for regulation. If they&#039;re going to act like their site is a public accommodation then they need to be treated like a public accommodation and not be allowed to kick people off for weird names or pseudonyms, activism, and other clearly non-infringing use. Also needs to be a frakkin&#039; law disallowing EULAs/TOU which take ownership of content away from the member without at the very least a crystal clear and obvious opt-in process, and prevent the member from ever getting their content out of the FaceBook/MySpace roach motel. &gt;&lt;
